Perfect Fall Day

Saturday turned out to be the perfect fall day. I just love this time of year, when the morning are cool and crisp and then the afternoon warms up but it's never too hot. Plus, I love all that fall brings...the changing weather, the turning of the leaves, hint of winter, warm fires on a cool day, hot chocolate, and of course all the upcoming holidays.

John Will and I made the most out of our Saturday. We started with the pumpkin patch. We went with John Will's buddy, John Carter and his mom, Odette. The boys had a great time running through the corn maze, checking out the tractors, and eating ice cream. We did not find the "perfect" pumpkin so we are still on a quest. That just means more pumpkin patches between now and halloween. Yippee!
