Part of our bed time ritual is to talk about John William's day. Lately, he has had a lot to share about his day and other random thoughts and ideas. Tonight, he informed me that he needed instruments for his concert. He said that he was going to play a concert at school. When I asked what instrument he was going to play, he replied "oboe." I was expecting trumpet or drum, maybe violin but certainly not oboe. He then went on to explain that he didn't have a real oboe and he would need one if he was to play it in the school concert. He also went on to say that he needed brothers and sisters to play with in the concert with him.
Last week, it was a snowblower that blows out stickers and tonight it is an oboe along with enough brothers and sisters to make up an orchestra.....I just don't think I can find these things at Target!

- BECAUSE..i want to capture life's little moments, before they slip away. BECAUSE I never started a baby book and I can't seem to scrapbook fast enough. BECAUSE he'll be all grown up before I know it, and I'll have this to look back on. BECAUSE it's a great way to share with those we love. BECAUSE he's just so darn cute. BECASUE I'm so blessed to stay home and enjoy these special moments. BECAUSE I need to be reminded that memories are more important than things. BECAUSE I want to slow down and enjoy the little things. BECAUSE We need to be challenged to explore the world around us. BECAUSE my memory is failing, if I don't get it down quickly, I'm sure to forget. BECAUSE it's so much fun, I have to share. BECAUSE I always want to remember.
